Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
HIGH is a product of Z3RO, Inc. The HIGH app is published on the App Store by BillZero, Inc., a subsidiary of Z3RO, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how Z3RO, Inc. ("HIGH", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the HIGH website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, business name, role, email address, phone number, and any other details you give us directly, including during a phone call with us or our automated calling assistant.
- Business listing information. Publicly available information about cannabis retailers, including business name, address, public phone number, hours, state license number, and menu data.
- Usage information. Device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected automatically.
- Call records. If you speak with us or our automated assistant by phone, we may record and transcribe the call. You are told at the start of the call that it is recorded.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To contact business owners and managers about claiming their existing free HIGH listing.
- To email a claim link, only when you have asked us to.
- To text you a one-time code when you sign up or sign in.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect a mobile phone number when you enter it to sign up or sign in. We text that number a one-time code each time you ask for one. That is the only kind of text message we send. We do not send marketing texts. In the HIGH app, your number also identifies your account, as described below.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for the text message terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors who operate infrastructure on our behalf — including cloud hosting, telephony, and speech processing providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HIGH, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing described above except where strictly necessary for a service provider to deliver the message you requested.
The HIGH mobile app
If you use the HIGH mobile app, the app also handles the following.
- Your account. The mobile number you sign in with and the username you choose. The number identifies your account. Other users see your username, never your number.
- What you post. Photos, videos, captions, tags, and reviews you choose to post, and the posts and products you like or save. Posts are reviewed before they appear. Once a post is live, other users can see it with your username.
- Location. With your permission, the app uses your location to show dispensaries near you. Your precise location stays on your phone. The app uses it to pick your area and asks our servers only for that area's listings.
- Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a device token so we can send them, for example when your post goes live. You can turn them off in your phone's settings.
- Camera and microphone. Used only when you scan your ID or record a photo or video to post.
- Clipboard. The app looks at your clipboard only to pick up a HIGH link or code you copied, so it can open the right screen. Only that link or code is used; anything else on your clipboard is ignored and never stored or shared.
- Points. A count of the points on your account.
- Crash reports. If the app crashes, a report is sent to our error-monitoring provider so we can fix the problem. It contains technical details about the crash and your device, and can include your IP address.
- Reports and blocks. If you report a post or block a user, we keep a record so we can act on it.
- Deleting your account. You can delete your account in the app, on your profile. This permanently deletes your account, posts, reviews, likes, notification tokens, and ID fingerprint. Reports you filed may be kept so we can act on them.
Age and ID check in the HIGH app
HIGH is for adults aged 21 and over. Before you can use the HIGH mobile app, you scan a government-issued driver license or ID card with your phone's camera.
- What is read. The barcode on the back of the card and a photo of the front. Both are read on your phone. The app checks your date of birth, that the ID has not expired, and that the front of the card matches the back.
- What stays on your phone. The photo of your ID is deleted as soon as it has been read. It is never sent to us. Your date of birth, name, address, and ID number are not stored and are not sent to us.
- What we keep. That your check passed, and a fingerprint of the ID: a one-way scrambled value made from the issuing state and the ID number. It is scrambled on your phone and scrambled again on our servers with a secret key. It is not your ID number, and it cannot be turned back into it without that key. We use it only to make sure one ID is used for one account.
- Camera. The app uses your camera for this check and for the photos and videos you choose to share.
- Deleting it. When you delete your account in the app, the fingerprint is deleted with it.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are retained under a defined retention schedule and deleted when that period ends.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS.
- Ask us not to call you again, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services.
